Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any karunsiries program or using this website. By accessing our site or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"karunsiries" / "We" / "Us" — the financial education practice operating at 15/9 Soi Ratchawithi 6, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

"Participant" / "You" — any individual enrolling in a program or using our website.

"Program" — any of our three structured financial education offerings: Debt Clarity Workshop, Mid-Life Financial Reset, or Financial Independence Blueprint.

"Content" — all materials, documents, worksheets, and presentations provided in connection with any program.

"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any enrollment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a program, or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Nature of Our Services

karunsiries provides financial education services only. We are not a licensed financial advisor, investment firm, asset manager, or securities dealer. Nothing communicated in our programs, documents, or website constitutes regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. All program content is educational in nature. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions.

4. Enrollment and Program Access

Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from karunsiries. Programs are subject to available places and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Access to program sessions and materials is personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred, shared, or sublicensed to any other individual.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full prior to the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation by participant: If you cancel more than 14 days before the program start, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before start are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by karunsiries: If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

Attend sessions with reasonable punctuality and engagement
Treat other participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect
Keep the financial details shared by other participants in group sessions strictly confidential
Use program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not record sessions without prior written consent from karunsiries

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, documents, worksheets, and website content are the intellectual property of karunsiries. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials delivered as part of their enrolled program. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

karunsiries treats all personal financial information shared by participants with strict confidentiality. Facilitators and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations. This commitment extends to all group and individual session content. Participants in group settings are likewise expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by others.

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are provided for educational purposes. We make no representation that the information provided will produce any particular financial result. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including personal financial circumstances, market conditions, and individual decisions made by participants.

Our website and content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, karunsiries's liability in connection with our programs or website is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in programs or use of our website, including any financial decisions made by participants based on educational content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless karunsiries, its staff, and associates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your unauthorized use of program materials, or misrepresentations made in connection with enrollment.

12. Termination

karunsiries reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if they breach these terms — in particular the confidentiality and conduct requirements. Participants may withdraw from a program at any time subject to the refund terms in Section 5. Upon termination, the license to use program materials ceases, except for personal documents already delivered.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or program participation will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and karunsiries with respect to program participation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email where possible. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or participation in programs following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
