About karunsiries
A Practice Built Around
Financial Thoughtfulness
We exist for individuals who take their financial future seriously and want to approach it at a considered pace — with real information, structure, and support.
Back to HomeOur Story
Where We Started
karunsiries was established in Bangkok after years spent observing a particular gap in the financial education landscape: while resources existed for young professionals building wealth and for retirees drawing it down, the middle decade — the 40s and 50s — was largely left to navigate alone.
The practice was founded on the belief that this is precisely when structured, accessible financial thinking matters most. Life transitions happen — career changes, family obligations, property decisions, shifting income — and the individuals going through them deserve calm, organized support, not pressure tactics or generic advice.
We work from a Bangkok address, serve primarily English-speaking residents and Thai nationals, and bring all content in line with the Thai financial environment.
Our Mission
What Guides Us
Our mission is to give individuals in their 40s and beyond the tools, frameworks, and perspective to make financial decisions that reflect their actual values and life goals — not generic milestones designed for a younger demographic.
We take a soft and tactful approach across everything we do. Financial conversations can carry a lot of weight. We try to make them lighter — not by dismissing the complexity, but by working through it together in an organized way.

Our Standards
How We Approach Our Work
A set of commitments that shape every session, every document, and every conversation we have with participants.
Strict Confidentiality
Financial details shared in any context — group or private — are treated with complete discretion and never disclosed.
Education-First Philosophy
We prioritize knowledge transfer, not product sales. No financial products are recommended or sold through our programs.
Thai Regulatory Awareness
All program content reflects the current Thai legal and financial regulatory environment, including relevant tax rules and local savings instruments.
Structured Curriculum
Every program follows a defined curriculum reviewed annually, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and appropriate for adult learners.
Participant Feedback Loop
Sessions are shaped in part by feedback from past participants. What has helped others is carried forward; what hasn't is adjusted.
No Pressure Commitment
We do not use time pressure, urgency framing, or sales tactics of any kind. Participants choose programs when they feel ready.
Financial Education for Mid-Life Adults in Bangkok
The financial questions that arise in one's 40s and 50s tend to be different in character from those of earlier decades. They carry more accumulated history — decisions made in earlier years, debts that have grown, savings that may or may not have kept pace with intentions. Addressing these questions benefits from a structured, patient approach rather than a fast-moving solution framework.
karunsiries works with residents of Bangkok and Thailand more broadly who are approaching these questions with seriousness and a desire for real understanding. Our programs are delivered in small groups with room for individual attention, supplemented by one-on-one consultation time where needed.
The Thai financial environment has its own characteristics — particular savings instruments, tax structures, insurance conventions, and property regulations. We believe financial education is most useful when it stays grounded in the context participants actually live in, rather than drawing from models developed elsewhere.
Our three structured programs — the Debt Clarity Workshop, the Mid-Life Financial Reset, and the Financial Independence Blueprint — represent different depths of engagement, designed for participants at different points in their financial journey.
